These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vjll platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a vjll account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the vjll platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law. 21+ By registering an account on vjll, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vjll reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the player is found to be underage.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The vjll platform is operated under a PAGCOR license for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. vjll does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) vjll account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
2.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of vjll and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in promotions.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering a vjll account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). vjll is required under PAGCOR licensing to verify the identity and age of all players. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identification includes a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID (National ID), driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending documentation receipt.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vjll account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. vjll will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vjll support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Currency. All vjll accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vjll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional channels may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the vjll cashier section.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the vjll platform is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed during standard processing windows. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 6 banking hours. vjll reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending additional verification checks in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Payment Method Matching. vjll applies the principle that withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. This is a regulatory and fraud prevention requirement. Exceptions require written approval from vjll's compliance team.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. You may not deposit funds into your vjll account from a payment method belonging to a third party. All funds deposited into vjll must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party payment method will be returned and the associated account investigated.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by vjll are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional term, the promotional term shall apply to that specific offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated clearly on each promotional offer page. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated time frame will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those bonus funds.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. vjll reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has abused promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
5.4 Bonus Withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full. Real-money balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the vjll platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 RNG Integrity. All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator systems independently audited by approved testing laboratories. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by vjll or by any player action.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions (card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming.
6.4 Void Games. In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or game malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a round, vjll reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to players' balances. This decision is at vjll's reasonable discretion and is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vjll platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
21+Age Restriction. The vjll platform is for adults aged 21 and older exclusively. This is a firm requirement under Philippine law and the vjll PAGCOR license.
8.1 Player Protection Tools. vjll provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from account settings: (a) Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) Session time reminders; (c) Loss limits; (d) Cooling-off periods (1 day to 6 weeks); (e) Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the vjll platform may request self-exclusion by contacting vjll support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are effective within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the active exclusion period. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent and no new accounts may be created.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property associated with the vjll platform are the exclusive property of vjll or its licensed content providers. No part of the vjll platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from vjll. Your vjll account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vjll's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 vjll shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 vjll does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and regulatory requirements may affect platform availability. vjll will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
10.4 Gambling involves risk of financial loss. vjll does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on wagers placed. Past game results are not indicative of future results.
vjll collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a vjll account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vjll complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.1 vjll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) vjll suspects fraudulent activity; (c) the player has requested self-exclusion; (d) PAGCOR or a relevant authority requires it; or (e) the player's activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming principles.
12.2 Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required compliance checks.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or confirmed fraudulent activity, vjll reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. vjll operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes or complaints relating to vjll's compliance with its licensing obligations may be referred to PAGCOR.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and vjll, the player should first raise the matter with vjll customer support via live chat. vjll will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
vjll reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, where practicable. Continued use of the vjll platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
